I finished reading Sapiens and started reading Under the Tuscan Sun. Heavy to light.
Walking to and from the gym today, I listened to a song that I am quite attached to: Suni-Ai from an album called Mantras for Divine Grace. From some meditation music I found on Spotify.
I realized that over the years I have picked a song here or there and listened to it over and over and over. My ear worms. A few others include: Mull of Kintyre by the Royal Scottish Dragoon Guards; Streets of Bakersfield by Buck Owens/Dwight Yoakam; and Ma Belle Amie by Tee-Set. I realize that these are some diverse songs. My musical tastes are all over the place. I especially liked to listen to Mull of Kintyre when we lived on the ranch in Nicasio. I felt so at home there. It was a place I always wanted to return to like the Mull of Kintyre.
Gym rat that I am, I went to a spin class today for the fifth day in a row. My reward was weighing 169# afterward. I think I am pretty close to what I weighed in college.
Ferg and I compared our lunch salads by text. His looks better
My niece Emily Gran works at Salesforce. She kindly took Beth and me up to the top of the tower, this afternoon, to see the views. Salesforce Tower now dominates the San Francisco skyline. The views were spectacular!

Our upstairs neighbors Yael and Nadav made us a delicious dinner. We looked at their photos from a recent trip to the desert in Jordan including Petra.
That's all I got today. Off to the Ferry Building Farmer's Market tomorrow morning. Mark and Helen's potluck holiday party tomorrow night. I have been assigned desert. Sounds doable. No crab :(
