32d Wedding Anniversary

Hard early spin classes last two days. They pay off. I lost eight pounds of vacation/barbecue fat in 4 days; 179# on Tuesday - 171# today - Friday.

The trees in our condo courtyard in SF have lost all their leaves. This one had a beautiful greenish shade.

We left SF this morning. Got to Inverness about 10:30. 48° inside the house. Brrr. Windows covered with condensation.

It was sunny outside. I was nice and warm sitting in the sun on the back porch

listening to osprey screech. No osprey in the nest a  block away. Saw one fly over. 

Time to prune the Apple tree

Beth and I took a walk around Inverness in the afternoon. We saw this fat cat sitting on a fence. 

I drove to Point Reyes Station to buy a new cowboy hat

I am wearing it Minnie Pearl Style, with the tag on.

And, I bought an anniversary card for Beth

Beth is my Fairy Godmother. I'm the lazy bear. She keeps kissing me but I'll never become a prince.

We celebrated our 32d Anniversary dinner at Cucina Paradiso in Petaluma. Delicious pasta.

32 years is a long time. We have been together for more than 1/2 our lives. I am proud of the family and life we created. Here's to many more anniversaries!
